Trainer not working

Hello I can't seem to get the trainer to work. I've seen multiple post from months ago I tried everything I saw in the other threads (running everything in admintrator and waiting to loading into the game) but i cant get prepare to activate ive tried on multiple devices and tried activation on both the computer and through the app. They did release a 2.0 update recently not sure if that could cause an issue.
