thanks for the info. The new version is already available in PLITCH. Please restart PLITCH once and try out the cheats in the updated version (1.111.2544.0).

I don't know what's going on, but ever since the update, the refill/unlimited health and shield cheats are not able to be activated.

Thank you for the reply. Please make sure to launch PLITCH as administrator. You can do this by right-clicking the desktop icon and selecting "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the PLAY button in PLITCH and activate the all of the cheats after fully loading your save file.
