Yeah, I love Pearl Abyss' enthusiasm but these constant patches are going to cause Plitch to give up on this trainer soon I fear. :-(

We're doing our best to stay on top of things and keep up with all the new updates. The latest version is available again on PLITCH, and everything should be working properly again ^^

So the cheats kinda work. My horse cheats work. but the unlimited health and stamina for Kliff do not. they show like they are but then it will say not enough stamina and then you either fall out of the sky or sto0p running.

I had this too, but if you enable the unlimited health/stamina/spirit for 'Played Follower' as well as the ones for Kliff, it should work.
They've said before that when they update the trainer to fix one thing, it can break others.
