Adding Items?

I am trying out the new options, but I am not seeing any extra items in my inventory. Am I doing something wrong? I click on the item in my inventory, active the Add Selected Item, but nothing changes. Any help would be greatly appreciated! <3

Did you move the item from one slot to another after activating the cheat?

Did you move the item from one slot to another after activating the cheat?
