Fuel cheat

No matter what I do or how I try it I can not get the fuel cheat to activate, the Inventory weight one is a bit difficult to get going but eventually seems to switch on but the fuel cheat has 0 response to anything.

Nope, double checked to make sure but no nothing is checked for the Beta versions for Prepper. I believe it's 1.28c though I'm in the game ATM so I'd have to double check to be sure I know they just did the Halloween update a few days ago though.
