space marine 2 not working
ive followed the instructions to the letter but it just doesnt work. id also like to add that your instruction to turn our internet off is useless because (at least for me) plitch will immediately close and refuse to open again until i reconnect to the internet so i quite literally cannot use plitch without the internet but i also cant use it for this one specific game with it? it seems we either need to figure some out some sorta compromise or remove this game altogether as you clearly cant use the cheats anyway

You can try disabling the anti-cheat manually to see if the cheats work afterward. To do that open up "Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security" and create 3 new "Outbound Rules" blocking:
- "start_protected_game.exe" which is located in the installation folder of the game itself [Steam\steamapps\common\Space Marine 2]
- "EpicOnlineServicesInstaller.exe" and "CertsUpdater.exe" which are also located in the installation folder of the game [\Steam\steamapps\common\Space Marine 2\client_pc\root\bin\pc\EpicOnlineServices]
Then you need to follow the usual steps from the client:
- Put Steam in Offline Mode
- Launch Plitch with adminrights
- One step is different -> do not use the play button - you need to launch the game manually via Steam and once the game is running, open up the task manager and kill the Epic Online Service processes.
